– No age limit; minimum 18 years old

– Most recent photo ( 1 head shot, and 1 full body shot )
– Valid Gold’s Gym Membership card
– Birth certificate
– NBI clearance

All applicants must attend the Go-Sees as scheduled below:

For the go-see, please bring swimwear (two-piece for women and board shorts for men), and hard copies of your application form and all requirements in a sealed long brown envelope with your name on it.
