Water Run is the second element series of Takbo Para Sa Kalikasan and will be celebrating its fifth year. The event is organized by Green Media Events Company, aiming to encourage the public to participate in environmental conservation despite the ongoing pandemic and current circumstances. The yearlong benefit run series seeks to address the significant impacts of global warming.

In the previous year (2022), the organizers donated cash and groceries to their beneficiary, the Pawikan Conservation Center. The funds for these environmental activities were made possible through Coastal Clean Up and Tree Planting initiatives, supported by volunteers, ambassadors, staff, and a portion of the TPSK registration fees. The organizers express gratitude to all those who have been part of their advocacy.

Despite the challenges posed by the current situation, the organizers are determined to continue their environmental initiatives. These include Tree Planting (Sponsor a Tree), Coastal Clean Up, Recycling, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle), supporting the conservation of Pawikan creatures, promoting homemade resources, donating to conservation projects, engaging in Plogging activities, providing proper education about climate change, conducting Share a Care Programs, and expanding corporate partnerships to maximize their efforts.
